Estimates. Each figure uses all of the plan's credits, so they don't add up. An audio audit assumes a 5-minute recording; every audit assumes a questionnaire of up to 10 questions. Prices in euros.

How many calls do my credits cover?

In our experience, support calls and payment reminders handled by an AI voice agent usually last 1 to 2 minutes. One credit pays for one minute of AI voice agent time, so each plan covers roughly this many calls a month:

* Estimates, not a guarantee. Your usage depends on how long your calls actually last. Scoring a call against a questionnaire of up to 10 questions adds 0.05 credits. Carrier minutes aren't paid with credits and are billed separately.

How credits are spent

One credit equals one minute of AI voice agent time. Everything else costs a fraction of a credit.

Good to know

  • Need more? Add credit packs at any time: 1,000 credits for €180 or 5,000 credits for €900.
  • Unused plan credits expire at the end of each billing term: every month on a monthly plan, every year on an annual plan.
  • Carrier minutes aren't paid with credits. We pass them through at the carrier's rate, or you can bring your own SIP trunk.
  • Annual plans are billed once a year and include twelve months of credits.
