Campaigns dial in parallel, up to the limit you set

Campaigns now use all the concurrent calls they are allowed, and there is one clear setting for how many calls run at once.

  • Voice Campaigns place calls side by side up to their limit, and a free line is used again as soon as a call ends, instead of waiting for the next minute.
  • Voice One unit for every call limit: set “Concurrent calls” per campaign, bounded by the telephony provider’s limit and your organization’s quota. It replaces “calls per minute”.
  • Voice The campaigns list is redesigned with compact rows: progress, status with the date that explains it, and who created each campaign.
  • Platform The public API reference is rewritten in plain language, and one x-api-key header now works for both Audit and Voice.
Voice

Outcomes that learn from your corrections

The Outcomes page now shows where people keep correcting outcomes and helps you write clearer descriptions.

  • Voice Call outcomes can be assigned from what was said: after each call, Drellia reads the transcript and picks the matching outcome from your catalog. It is switched on per organization and never overwrites a correction made by a person.
  • Voice The Outcomes page flags outcomes that people often correct, and names the outcome they chose instead.
  • Voice For a flagged outcome, “Draft a better description” proposes a clearer description based on recent corrections. Descriptions can now be up to 2,000 characters, with tips on how to write them.
  • Voice Each telephony provider can have its own maximum of concurrent calls, set in Settings.
  • Voice The call list shows why a call failed, with a separate label when the telephony line is at capacity.
  • Voice The campaign overview shows more summary metrics, and saved report layouts are available from the export menu.
Voice

Calling hours you can see and edit

Campaign calling hours are visible on every campaign, editable after creation, and an active campaign waiting for its next window says so.

  • Voice A new “Calling hours” card on the campaign details shows the schedule, weekdays, timezone and pacing the campaign runs with.
  • Voice Edit calling hours after a campaign is created, while it is a draft, scheduled or paused.
  • Voice An active campaign outside its calling hours shows “Out of calling window” and a countdown to the next window.
  • Voice Saving a campaign waits until the whole contact file is imported, and warns you before you leave the page during an import.
Voice

Correct outcomes, count contacts

Anyone reviewing a call can correct its outcome, and campaign figures now count each contact once.

  • Voice Correct a call’s outcome from the call details, with an optional note. The details show where each outcome came from: assigned automatically, set by the AI agent, or corrected by a person. A person’s correction is final.
  • Voice Campaign figures count contacts, not dial attempts: reached, not reached and reach rate no longer grow with every retry.
  • Voice Call transcripts show only what was said, without the voice delivery markup the agent uses for pauses and tone.
AuditVoice

Report notifications and cleaner prompts

Scheduled reports tell you when they are ready, and voice agents skip contact fields that are empty.

  • Audit The owner of a scheduled report gets an in-app notification as soon as a run finishes.
  • Voice When a contact field is empty, voice agents leave it out instead of reading the placeholder name aloud.
VoicePlatform

Report layouts and export formats

Save the report layouts your team uses, export them in the file format your systems read, and get a faster reaction when a caller interrupts.

  • Platform Save named report definitions for evaluations, usage and campaign-call exports: column order and labels, saved filters and a default per report. Manage and run them from Settings.
  • Platform Each report definition chooses its file format: Excel (XLSX), CSV, TSV or a custom separator, so back-office systems can import the file directly.
  • Voice Drellia Flow agents pause their reply as soon as the caller keeps talking, and resume from the same point if it was only background noise.
  • Voice Spanish-speaking agents read amounts with a decimal point correctly, such as 1234.56.
  • Platform The web app tells you when a new version is available and updates when you choose “Update now”, so open forms and live calls are never interrupted.
Audit

Scheduled reports, refined

More control over when scheduled evaluation reports run, and clearer history.

  • Audit Pick the time of day a scheduled report runs, see its next run in the schedule’s own timezone, and browse report history inline.
AuditVoice

Scheduled reports and questionnaire alerts

Evaluation reports can run on a schedule, alerts can look at a whole conversation, and creating a campaign is clearer.

  • Audit Schedule evaluation reports daily, weekly or monthly in your organization’s timezone, each covering today or the last 7, 30 or 90 days. Pause, resume and review every run.
  • Audit The schedule form previews the next three runs before you save, and any filtered export can become a schedule.
  • Audit Questionnaire-level alerts: define an alert once with a name, a severity and a plain-language trigger, then attach up to ten to a questionnaire. Each alert looks at the whole conversation.
  • Voice A redesigned five-step campaign wizard (Basics, AI agent, Audience, Schedule, Review) checks launch readiness before the campaign starts and keeps your column mapping when you move between steps.

Campaign details you can drill into

The campaign page is split into tabs, and every outcome in the breakdown leads to the calls behind it.

  • Voice Campaign details are organized in four tabs: Overview, Customers, Calls and Details.
  • Voice The outcomes chart drills down from categories into individual outcomes, and each row opens the calls behind it.
  • Voice Filter a campaign’s calls by outcome category and outcome. The filter is kept in the address, so you can share the filtered view.
  • Platform Short, one-time hints point out new features. You can show them all again from Settings.
AuditVoice

Clear failure reasons and recordings in audit

Failed calls explain why they failed, and recordings play right next to the evaluation.

  • Voice A failed call shows the real reason, such as a busy line, an unreachable number or a provider setting to fix, in English and Spanish.
  • Audit Play the recording directly in the conversation and evaluation details.
  • Voice When a caller interrupts, the agent answers and continues from where it was cut off, instead of starting its explanation again.
Voice

Outcomes that match your catalog

Voice agents can only record outcomes that exist in your catalog, and campaign stats show only catalog outcomes.

  • Voice Drellia Flow agents can only record an outcome from your catalog. If they try another one, they are shown the valid list and choose again.
  • Voice Campaign outcome statistics list only the outcomes in your catalog, plus a “No outcome” group for finished calls without one.
  • Voice Agents respond promptly after a short interruption, without a long silence.
AuditVoice

Audit recordings from the API, faster voice agents

Call recordings sent through the API go through your questionnaires, and live calls get more accurate transcription and faster replies.

  • Audit Call recordings you send through the API are evaluated against your questionnaires. Drellia identifies which speaker is your employee and keeps the original participants and timestamps.
  • Voice More accurate live transcription of amounts, dates and phone numbers, with fewer mid-sentence cut-offs.
  • Voice Voice agents start speaking sooner after the caller finishes.
  • Voice Each telephony provider can set a default country code and a list of allowed countries. Numbers outside the list are refused before dialing and are not retried.
  • Voice Call details list every dial attempt made to a contact, with the status and outcome of each one.
  • Voice Campaign progress is measured in contacts completed, so retries no longer push it past 100%.
VoicePlatform

A redesigned Drellia and an editable outcome catalog

A new look across the web app, and full control over the outcomes your calls end with.

  • Platform The web app is redesigned: new navigation with breadcrumbs and back and forward buttons, settings grouped in a side menu, a consistent dark mode, and links that open the right page directly.
  • Platform On a phone, each module has a bottom tab bar, filters open in a bottom sheet and call details use the full screen.
  • Voice “Dispositions” are now called “Outcomes”. Create outcomes and categories, rename them, and retire them with a warning that shows how many calls already use them.
  • Voice One outcome can cover several automatic call endings (no answer, voicemail, unreachable, failed). The Outcomes page warns which endings no outcome covers yet.
  • Voice The original contacts file of each campaign is kept: download it and see how each column was mapped.
  • Voice Re-importing a contacts file updates customer names, and rows with only surnames are read correctly.
AuditVoicePlatform

Better contact imports

Contact files with split or reordered names import correctly, and demo calls are labeled as such.

  • Voice The contacts importer maps separate first-name and last-name columns, and recognizes common English and Spanish headers automatically.
  • Voice Names written surname first, such as “PÉREZ GÓMEZ, JOSÉ LUIS”, are split correctly, so agents greet customers by their given name.
  • Audit Demo and test calls show a “Demo” label in Conversations instead of “Unknown customer”.
  • Platform New interactive API reference for the public API.
VoicePlatform

Faster sign-in and outcomes for unanswered calls

Signing in takes fewer clicks, unanswered calls get an outcome, and voice agents can verify spoken ID numbers.

  • Platform Signing in goes straight to the login page, and if you already have an active session you are signed in without a click.
  • Voice Calls that were never answered (no answer, busy, number out of service) now get an outcome, so campaign analytics include them.
  • Voice Agents can check an identification number the caller says out loud against your records, and read long numbers back in groups of digits.
Voice

Discount ranges per contact

Collections agents can negotiate within a discount range set for each contact.

  • Voice Your contacts file can carry a minimum and maximum discount for each contact. The agent works out the offers from that range and starts with the smallest discount.
VoicePlatform

Numbers spoken naturally

Drellia Pulse agents read contact data naturally, and short IDs reach departments and agents.

  • Voice Drellia Pulse agents read dates, amounts, phone numbers and reference numbers from your contact file the way a person would say them.
  • Voice When a supervisor takes over a call, the caller hears the handoff message in full.
  • Platform Departments (DEP-…) and agents (AGT-…) get short, shareable IDs too.
VoicePlatform

Short IDs, trunk checks and Drellia on your phone

Every record gets a short ID you can share, telephony providers can be tested without a call, and the web app works on a phone.

  • Platform Campaigns, customers, conversations, evaluations, employees and questionnaires get short IDs such as CAM-A1B2C3, shown in lists and details, with copy-ID and copy-link actions.
  • Voice Test a telephony provider’s connection from its settings dialog, even before saving. The check does not ring any phone and is not billed.
  • Voice Choose which telephony provider to use for manual calls and agent test calls.
  • Platform The web app works on a phone end to end: a slide-out menu, full-screen dialogs and lists that turn into cards.
VoicePlatform

A new calling experience

Starting a call takes two steps, one live-call panel follows you across the app, and calls you place yourself are recorded under your name.

  • Voice New two-step call wizard: pick who to call (a saved customer or any number), then who speaks (an AI agent or you, with a microphone check).
  • Voice One live-call panel for AI and human calls, with live transcript, takeover, mute and hang-up. It stays available while you move around the app.
  • Voice Link your user to your employee record, and the calls you place yourself are recorded under your name.
  • Voice Place a test call from an agent’s page to a saved customer or to any phone number.
  • Platform Find customers by phone number, email or ID. The same person is kept as one customer across campaigns and channels.
  • Voice Emails sent by voice agents use a branded, localized layout with the customer details and the amount.
VoiceChatPlatform

Call customers from your browser

Call customers yourself from the browser, route inbound numbers to agents, and export campaign calls.

  • Voice Call a customer yourself from the browser, with the call recorded and transcribed like any other.
  • Voice Assign inbound phone numbers to voice agents from the app.
  • Voice Voice agents can send email notifications during a call, and you choose who receives them in Settings.
  • Voice Redesigned campaign details, with the business outcome of each contact and an Excel export of campaign calls that includes outcomes and a link to each call.
  • Chat A redesigned conversation view in Chat, with suggested questions to get started.
  • Platform Export your usage to Excel.
Platform

In-app support and usage date ranges

Ask for help without leaving Drellia, and see your usage for any period.

  • Platform Open a support ticket from inside the app, with attachments, automatic diagnostics and an optional screen recording.
  • Platform Pick a custom date range on the usage page, with credits attributed consistently to each feature.

Voice

Campaigns dial on their own

Launched campaigns now work through their contact list automatically.

  • Voice Once a campaign is launched, Drellia dials its contacts automatically within the campaign’s hours, and your voice agents handle the calls.
VoiceChat

Take over live calls

Supervisors can step into a voice agent’s call, and Chat knows about campaigns.

  • Voice Take over a live voice agent call and speak to the customer with your own microphone, or end the call from the monitor.
  • Chat Chat answers questions about campaigns, voice agents, transfers and reply times.
  • Voice After saying goodbye, the agent waits a moment before hanging up, so the customer does not hear an abrupt cut.
AuditVoicePlatform

Live monitoring and evaluation exports

Follow campaign calls as they happen, and export the evaluations you are looking at.

  • Voice The campaign monitor shows a live transcript of each call and lets you listen in.
  • Audit Export evaluations using the filters you have applied. Exports are prepared in the background, with a history of past exports.
  • Voice Your organization’s default telephony provider is the one used when a call is dialed, so switching providers takes effect right away.
  • Platform Install Drellia as an app from your browser, with dashboard numbers formatted for your language.
Voice

Smoother conversations on Drellia Pulse

Drellia Pulse agents cope better with echo and with callers who interrupt.

  • Voice Drellia Pulse agents cancel the echo of their own voice on phone calls and stop talking when the caller interrupts.
Voice

Bring your own telephony

Connect your SIP trunks, choose one per campaign, and set when each campaign may call.

  • Voice Add and manage your own telephony providers (SIP trunks) in Settings, and choose which one each campaign uses.
  • Voice Map the columns of your contacts file to the information the voice agent uses during the call.
  • Voice Set working hours per campaign, or use your organization’s default hours.
